Please read these Terms carefully before using MaidCopilot. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and Coreframes Lab, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore ("Coreframes Lab", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the MaidCopilot platform ("Platform").
"Customer" means the maid placement agency or other entity that creates a workspace on MaidCopilot. Individual users (coordinators, owners) access the Platform on behalf of the Customer.
MaidCopilot provides a cloud-based software platform that includes:
We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at admin@coreframeslab.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.
You retain ownership of all personal data and content you upload to MaidCopilot ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Platform services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consents and legal bases to upload and process personal data (including maid and employer data) in accordance with the PDPA and other applicable laws.
We handle Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy and PDPA Policy.
The WhatsApp features of MaidCopilot are built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. By using these features you also agree to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from message recipients before sending WhatsApp messages, and for complying with Meta's messaging guidelines. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions regarding template approvals or account restrictions.
Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in the order or subscription form you accepted when signing up. Unless otherwise agreed:
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All rights in the MaidCopilot platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Coreframes Lab. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain all intellectual property rights in your Customer Data. You grant us only the limited rights described in Section 5.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information (including pricing, technical documentation, and Customer Data) confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
We warrant that we will provide the Platform with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not responsible for decisions made by your agency based on information in the Platform, or for the conduct of maids, employers, or third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coreframes Lab and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) any personal data you upload in breach of the PDPA or other data protection laws.
These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, become insolvent, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also terminate the Platform entirely with 60 days' written notice.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases. We will retain your Customer Data for 90 days after which it will be deleted, unless you request an earlier export or deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the account owner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
