Three quiet weeks
is not a lead going cold.

Confinement runs on the opposite clock to every other trade we serve. An enquiry can arrive in the first trimester and stay perfectly healthy through months of silence, because the mother is not deciding yet. Tools built for fast-moving sales read that silence as failure and bury you in alerts until someone switches them off.

The default settings are wrong for you.

Most follow-up tools ship with a fixed rule: no reply in twenty-four hours, raise a flag. Apply that here and every booked mother is an emergency, every day, for months. Alert fatigue sets in within a week and the whole thing gets muted — which is worse than having no system at all, because now you trust it.

Coreframes Lab has no opinion about how long quiet is acceptable. It measures time since the last message you sent, and every stage carries a threshold you set. An enquiry still choosing an agency and a mother booked for March are not the same urgency, and they should not sit next to each other in the same list.

enquiring
Days, not weeks. Someone comparing two or three agencies is deciding now, and the slow reply loses.
booked
Weeks, comfortably. Set it long enough that a quiet month before the due date does not generate a single false alarm.
never replied
Sorted above everything. The enquiry nobody answered is the only one that is genuinely, expensively cold.

Built around how you already work.

Your number, your phone

Mothers keep messaging the number they already have, often late at night. Reply from your own handset and the thread here marks itself handled — there is no second app to remember.

Reminders on your dates

Set a reminder against the date that matters for that booking and it surfaces when you asked for it, not on a generic schedule someone else designed.

Stages you name

Nothing is hardcoded to another trade. Name the stages a booking actually moves through in your agency, and set how long quiet is acceptable in each one.

Paperwork from templates

Generate the agreement from your own template with the booking details already filled in, and share it on a private link rather than as another attachment lost in the thread.

Being straight with you.

This is the newest of the three trades we write about, and we want to be plain about what that means. The follow-up engine underneath is deliberately trade-agnostic — stages, thresholds and reminders are all yours to define, which is exactly why it suits a long booking cycle. But there is no due-date-aware scheduling built in, and nothing that understands a confinement window on its own. You would set those dates yourself, as reminders.

If that is enough to stop enquiries going missing, it will work well for you today. If you need the software to understand the shape of a confinement booking, we are not there yet, and we would rather tell you now than after you have moved your data across.
